HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Youth City Council of Hutchinson is looking to expand its outreach to youth in the city. One of those ideas is opening a Youth Center geared towards 7th to 12th grade students.
There is an online survey if you are interested in participating.
Hours of operation would be when school is dismissed or not in session.
