Kolby Gable, 11, passed away in the arms of his loving parents on November 30, 2022 at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO. He was born February 28,2011 in Hutchinson, KS. Kolby was a lifelong resident of Hutchinson and was a sixth grader at Wiley Elementary. He Loved football, video games and his dog Chico. In September of 2021 he was diagnosed with Burkitt Lymphoma. He fought so hard and was an inspiration to so many. He beat cancer twice, but it sadly returned and it was just too much for his little body to handle.
Kolby was so brave and so strong. He was known for being loud, having fun and being very competitive when it came to video gaming and board games. He was a huge fan of the Seattle Seahawks and the HCC Blue Dragons.
Kolby leaves behind his parents, Shaun and Jennifer Gable, twin sister Adaveny, brother Elijah, grandparents Brian and Sandra Cully, grandmother Linda Palmgren, great-grandmother Dixie Kirby, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 10th at the Crosspoint Church in Hutchinson, KS with a lunch following.
