HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson USD 308 School Board will meet on Monday with a fairly light agenda. As part of the continued tour of facilities, Monday’s meeting will be held at McCandless Elementary School.
The board will review an application for a new organization called Mini Sweet Treat. The organization at Wiley Elementary School will provide an avenue for students to sell packaged snacks and drinks. The Mini Sweet Treat organization is a leadership project that emerged from the school's redesign program.
Also Monday, the board will take action on a bid for a new HVAC unit for the CTEA at a cost of $25,234 and discuss several personnel matters.
Finally, the board will go into executive session and hear the usual reports. Monday’s meeting of the USD 308 School Board begins at 6 p.m. at McCandless Elementary School.
