HUTCHINSON, Kan. —One person is under arrest in connection with an alleged rape in Reno County Monday evening.
The Reno County Sheriff’s Office says 29-year-old Jarrod LaForce is jailed on a bond of $105,250.
Deputies with the Reno County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a residence in the Obee Edition east of Hutchinson, for a report of Sexual Assault. With the information given to dispatch, deputies were able to make contact with LaForce whose vehicle had broken down in the area of G Ave and Obee Rd.
Upon further investigation LaForce was arrested on suspicion of DUI, Rape, Aggravated Sodomy and Aggravated Domestic Battery.
