SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — According to an email from Reno County Public Works Director Don Brittain, Reno County is painting the center and edge lines on approximately one mile of South Hutchinson roads on Wednesday starting around 9:00 a.m.
This section of roadway will be the detour when the Woody Seat bridge and road project starts this fall. There will be no closing of roadways. The job should be completed within one hour.
The roads being painted start at East 1st Ave. and N Main St., moving NE on State St. , N on N. Poplar St., NE on State St. and will end on the north end of the Frank Hart Bridge.
