RENO COUNTY, Kan. — The Kansas Department of Transportation said Friday there will be road work on US 50 between the Reno and Stafford County Line and K-14 (6 miles west of the South Hutchinson area) August 14 through September 18.
There will be alternating lane closures. The entrance ramp is closed. The road is being repaved. There is a width restriction in effect. Truck speed limit in the construction zone is 55 MPH. Width limit 18'0".
The WB Exit US 50-K96, WB Exit K96-US 50 and EB Exit K96 ramps will be closed briefly in order to pave. An alternate route will be provided.
