
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Salvation Army continues to hand out coats, blankets and winter wear as part of the Coats for Kids campaign which recently completed its collection process.
According to Chris Nelson with Ineeda Cleaners, more than 2,300 coats were collected during the month of October along with 218 blankets and a large number of hats, mittens and scarves.
All are being handed out through Saturday at the Salvation Army at 700 N. Walnut during regular business hours.
