HAVEN, Kan. — The Haven School Board took time to recognize Rachel Kelly as the district's 4th quarter Impact Award Winner. Kelly has served the district for the past two years as a counselor for grades K-6 at Haven Grade School.
The district says Kelly had a crucial part in creating the Community Connections Series, which helps to bring in outside services into the school, open communication for students needing extra support and providing staff with support when needed.
She is an active member of the District Leadership Team and an integral part of the Caring Team.
The Impact Award is given quarterly to an employee in USD 312. One of those four will be named Impact Award Winner for the year at the end of the school year.
