Marcella A. “Sally” Bogner, 93, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023.
She took an active role in the running of the family farm operation, all the while raising seven children. She was preceded in death by her husband Matthew “Matt,” daughter Barbara Bogner, granddaughter Blake Bogner, brothers Melvin, Jerome P., Albert Jr., Jim, and Jerome M. Kerschen, and sister Marlene McClure.
Sally is survived by her children Don Bogner, Gerald (Michelle) Bogner, David (Marsha) Bogner, Teresa (Kevin) Achilles, Duane Bogner and Mary Jean (Joe) Wary, siblings Cathy (Bob) Murphy and Leon (Dorothy) Kerschen, grandchildren Blaine (Emily) Bogner, Brett (Jordan) Springer, Beth (Austin) Ratzlaff, Ann (Blake) Renner, James (Whitney) Bogner, Becca (Preston) Mumford, Megan (Cody) Regier, Kim (Colt) Falcon, Kate Wary (Melissa Jordan), Rachel (Scott) Morris, Angela (Keaton) Dugan, Stephen (Faith) Wary, Aaron Wary and 17 great grandchildren.
Recitation of the Rosary will be said at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, October 27, 2023, and the funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, October 28, 2023, both at St. Joseph Catholic Church Ost, Kansas.
