Patricia, who was born and lived her adult life in Meridian, MS was an inspiration to many people. She was beautiful, funny, and intelligent. She was an executive secretary for years for some of the most prominent businesses in Meridian. She worked for Tommy Webb and Paul Broadhead, to name a few. She eventually retired as a Medical Transcriber at St. Joesph Hospital and was a volunteer at Rush hospital for many years after. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert A. Kidd, Doris Ruth Hall, her brothers Daniel Kidd (Dean) and Joseph Kidd. Three of her sons also preceded her in death, John Gilmer (Judy), Marvin Vining (Sherry), and Daniel Vining. She’s survived by her daughters Lisa (Gilmer) Johnson (Mike) and Robyn (Gilmer) Fritz-Paredes (Arturo Paredes). She is also survived by her brother, Robert Kidd (Martha) their children Steven Kidd (Merideth), Stacy Kidd (Scott), her 4 grandchildren, Michael Johnson (Paula), Danielle Minor Bedwell (Eric), Jordan Vining (Thomas Savell) and Jenna Vining (Cole Barnes), her 6 great grandchildren, Tyler Bedwell, Preston Bedwell, Pressley Bedwell, Hayes Bedwell, Lillian Savell and Jensen Savell.
Services will be held Friday, March 17th., at Webb Stephens Funeral Home 7774-A Hwy. 39 N., Meridian, MS 39305. The viewing is at 11:00 A.M. with Services adjacent at Forrest Lawn Memorial Garden Cemetery at Noon.
