TOPEKA — On Monday, Kansas Governor Laura Kelly announced the appointment of Reno County Community Corrections Director Randy Regehr to the Juvenile Justice Oversight Committee.
The committee's purpose is to oversee the implementation of reform measures intended to improve the state's juvenile justice system.
