HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Plains State Bank announced April 24 that it hired Michael Clayman, Senior Vice President-Branch Manager and Commercial Loan Officer, as its tenth local employee.
Clayman grew up on his family farm in Yoder, Kansas. From there, he went on to receive a degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University.
Clayman brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and lending.
He most recently lived in West Memphis, Arkansas where he worked for Farm Credit Midsouth as the Senior Vice President of Branch Operations.
Clayman and his family are excited to be moving back home where they will be closer to family and involved with the family farm.

Michael will be the 10th employee at the Plains State Bank Hutchinson branch after opening the location in November 2018.
