United Way of Reno County
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — According to a Wednesday morning social media message, the United Way of Reno County met its campaign goal of $1.25 million.
The money has already been promised to the more than two dozen organizations the United Way serves. They do that through an allocations committee that meets in the spring.
Ninety-nine percent of the money raised stays in Hutchinson, and the United Way counts on volunteers to help with the fundraising campaign.
