WICHITA, Kan. — Kansas Honor Flight Wichita is asking for donations in exchange for opportunities to win a Henry Lever Action Octagon Frontier Rifle. The suggested donation is $10 per ticket.

The Kansas Honor Flight volunteers work to honor Kansas veterans of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War by providing them with an all expense paid three day trip to visit their memorials in Washington, D.C.
The organization also works to educate the youth and communities throughout Kansas about the impact of these historic wars and the freedoms our nation enjoys because of the service of our veterans.
The trip cost is approximately $900 per veteran. There are about 500 Kansas Veterans waiting to go on this once in a lifetime trip.
