
KANSAS CITY—Authorities are investigating the cause of a house fire in Kansas City.
Just after 10a.m. Wednesday, crews were dispatched to a reported fire in the 3300 block of Flora Avenue, according to Battalion Chief Riley Nolan.

On arrival, crews reported heavy smoke and fire showing from a 1-story home. An offensive interior fire attack was initiated, and 2 hose lines were advanced to extinguish the fire. The fire was placed under controlat 10:18 a.m. Searches throughout the structure were performed and came back all clear. City Planning and Dangerous Buildings have been requested to the scene. No injuries have been reported from this incident. Red Cross has been requested to assist with 3 adults.
