HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce will host a public forum with the candidates for Reno County Commission. The event is Monday, July 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Stringer Fine Arts Center on the HutchCC campus.
The forum is open to everyone in Reno County. The forum will feature candidates in the two new districts with Michael Jobe and Mark Reese in District 4 and Don Bogner, Tom Collins, Mike Warren and Penelope Poitras in District 5.
There is also a race for the District 1 seat being vacated by Ron Sellers. Cris Corey and Randall Parks will vie for that seat. They will be available on Monday, as well.
Questions for the candidates can be submitted in advance online at hutchchamber.com.
