SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Reno County Planning and Zoning Commission will finalize their initial draft of the commercial solar regulations and likely set a public hearing date for the regulations.
Those items are both on their regular meeting agenda for the meeting that will take place Thursday, Sept 21 at 4:30 p.m. at the county's Public Works building at 600 Scott Boulevard in South Hutchinson.
The meeting Thursday will not allow public comment on those items. You can still send in written comments prior to Thursday to [email protected]. Please put Solar Regulations in the subject line of the email so that it can be sent on to the planning and zoning commission and become part of the public record.
Also on the agenda Thursday is a request by Nicole Nease to vacate a 60-foot Ingress-Egress Easement & Future Roadway located on Lot 5, Block A of Morgan Heights Subdivision.
The address of the property is 1403 N. Mayfield Road.
Public comments will be accepted on this agenda item only. Comments are limited to the agenda item for a maximum of five minutes per person. Comments not addressing this agenda item are prohibited.
