Charlene Michelle Lemen, 49, passed away on December 28, 2025, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 23, 1976, in Hutchinson, to John K. and Cheryl A. (Endicott) Bauer.

Charlene graduated from Haven High School in 1995 and later received her Associate's degree in General Studies from Hutchinson Community College. She enjoyed a variety of DIY craft projects, including making jewelry, creating items with resin, as well as crocheting, knitting, and crafting rosaries. Known for her playful spirit, she loved playing tricks on her friends, family, and co-workers, often bursting into song unexpectedly. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family.

On September 20, 2003, Charlene married Timothy R. Lemen in Hutchinson.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Lemen; daughter, Kallie Lemen; son, Seth Lemen and his wife, Kim; parents, John and Cheryl Bauer; brother, Jake Blake Bauer and his wife, Amy; grandchildren: Skyler, Trevor, Dylan, and Addie; mother-in-law, Kathy Yoder; brother-in-law, Tom and wife Lauri Lemen; nephews, Kaleb Lemen and Tristan Lemen and girlfriend Winter Long; great-niece, Elsa Lemen.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service for Charlene will be held at 1:00 p.m. on January 7, 2026 at Crossroads Christian Church, located at 4310 N Monroe St, Hutchinson, KS 67502. Family will greet friends one hour before the service.
