
There's a new plan in place at USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.
It will enhancing microbiological testing and inspection oversight of many meats and poultry products. Among other things, it will also give inspectors training and allow them to take action with compliance.

U.S. Agriculture Secretary Rollins said that she's looking forward to continuing working closely with states and food producers to protect public health.
