HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Police Department (HPD) announced they arrested a man on Jan. 17, on drug charges, including one resulting in a fatal overdose.
Harry W. Ocon, 23, Hutchinson, was arrested on a probable cause warrant for distribution of a controlled substance causing death and distribution of a controlled substance.
HPD said the arrest is the result of an investigation into a fatal fentanyl-related overdose that occurred in Hutchinson in June 2022.
