Court-Martial: Kansas airman charged with child sex crimes

MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kan. – A General Court-Martial is scheduled to begin on Monday at McConnell Air Force Base.

According to a statement from the base, Senior Airman Randall Moore, 22nd Maintenance Squadron, faces one charge and two specifications of violating Article 120b of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), sexual abuse of a child; one charge and two specification specifications of violating Article 131b of the UCMJ, obstruction of justice; and one charge and five specifications of violating Article 134 of the UCMJ, child pornography and indecent conduct.

If convicted of all charges and specifications, Moore faces a maximum sentence of 15 years if served concurrent or 70 years if served consecutive, as well as a Dishonorable Discharge, reduction in rank to the grade of Airman Basic, and total forfeiture of all pay and allowances.
