Anthony Thomas Tague, 49, of Nickerson, Kansas, died Monday, December 22, 2025 at the Hospice Homecare of Reno County in Hutchinson, Kansas.
He was born on October 12, 1976 in Pontiac, Michigan. “Bud” was raised and attended schools in the Pontiac area, later moving to the Lansing, Michigan area where lived for several years.
He moved to Hutchinson, Kansas for a short time before moving to Nickerson where he has lived for the past ten years. Bud was an avid gamer and enjoyed being on his Playstation along with building models. He also loved collecting Matchbox cars. He found peace in taking long walks and enjoying nature.
Survivors include his mother and father Linda Sue (Williams) Burgess and Thomas of Nickerson; sister Autumn Wainwright of Gladwin, Michigan; several aunts, uncles, cousins; his best friend Chris Newell of Hutchinson and the family dog Shelby.
