Harvey County Parks
HARVEY COUNTY — Sunday night's storms made a dent on the three Harvey County parks, but staff has worked hard to clear debris earlier in the week to get the grounds ready for camping, fishing, hiking and more.
The power has been restored at West Park. The bait shop has been restocked and will be ready for customers through the holiday weekend, as will the East Park bait shop.
At this time, the lake at East Park remains under a harmful algal bloom warning. If that status changes heading into the weekend, Hutch Post will update the status when KDHE puts out their release on Friday afternoon.
