HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Kansas City rapper Tech N9ne and country artist Blane Howard will perform at the Kansas State Fair, Friday, Sept. 16, at 7 p.m. What brings this unexpected duo together? Their love of the Kansas City Chiefs.
“Tech N9ne’s ‘Red Kingdom’ and Blane Howard’s ‘Run it Back’ both became anthems for Chiefs fans everywhere,” Kansas State Fair Manager Bryan Schulz said. “When the Kansas Lottery proposed a Kansas City Chiefs Red Friday Rally, these two artists made perfect sense. It’s going to be a blast!”
Also appearing are Kansas City Chiefs Mascot KC Wolf and the Rumble, the Kansas City Chiefs very own drumline.
