Percy V. Mastre, 93, of Moundridge, KS, passed away April 9, 2024 at Moundridge Manor. He was born on March 2, 1931 in Middleton, Michigan, the son of Albert and Bessie (Litwiller) Mastre.
He was a member of the Lone Tree Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, Galva, KS.
Percy co-owned and operated Mastre Brothers Trucking and was a driver for Midway Motors for over 20 years.
He was united in marriage to Virginia Unruh on January 7, 1951 at Galva.
Percy is survived by his wife, Virginia Mastre of McPherson; son, Tim (Janelle) Mastre of Galva; daughters, Jodi (Steve) Johnson of Lakin, and Kay (Kent) Becker of Galva; 9 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Rosa Holdeman of Barron, WI and Lois Nightingale of Moundridge.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mae Holdeman, Betty Koehn, and Carabel Unruh; and brother, Orval Mastre.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Lone Tree Mennonite Church, Galva. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m., Friday, April 12 at Moundridge Funeral Home, with family greeting friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
