MOUNDRIDGE, Kan. — The Kansas Center for Agricultural Resources and the Environment is hosting an event at the Flickner Innovation Farm at 1923 Arrowhead Road near Moundridge next week.
The focus will be a program focusing on weed management, soil health, and other groundbreaking work.
There will be coffee and a welcome at 8:30 a.m. on August 10 at the farm.
You can get up close to a John Deere See and Spray Ultimate, a Redekop weed seed destructor, and more. As in years past, participants will go to various places around the farm to meet with KSRE experts, talk with Innovation Farm partners, and to get your questions answered.
Lunch is on KCARE, so they need a head count to know how much food to prepare.
