WYANDOTTE COUNTY —Detectives with the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department are investigating the death of a juvenile in the 700 block of Pacific Avenue.
Just before 5p.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to a home on a report of an unresponsive juvenile. The juvenile was transported to the University of Kansas Medical Center where they were pronounced deceased.
The KCKPD Major Case Unit is in charge of the investigation. Police released no additional details including the age and name of the child.
