SALINE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating two suspects on multiple allegations in connection with a shooting that occurred earlier this month in the parking lot of Pancho's 3029 Riffel in Salina.

Just after 6:30a.m. Wednesday, the Salina Police Department SWAT team with the assistance of the Kansas Highway Patrol SWAT team served a search warrant at a residence in the 900 block of Spruce in Salina, according to Salina Police Captain James Feldman.

Officers took 32-year-old Calvin Frenzley Jr. and  30-year-old Sydney Holt both residents of the home.

Frenzley was initially taken into custody on a requested charge of Aggravated Assault in reference to the initial investigation. Both Frenzley and Holt also jailed on requested charges of Felony Interference, Possesion of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Aggravated Endangerment of a Child since there was a child under the age of 18 at the residence. Additional arrests are anticipated, according to Feldman.

On June 8, police responded to the restaurant after a suspect allegedly stepped out of a black, Jeep SUV and fired one round at a white Chevy Camaro. Investigators found one spent .30 caliber shell casing in the parking lot. The Jeep was in front of the Camaro in the drive-through lane just before the incident. Both vehicles left the scene.
