Barbara Lee Mullins, age 90, crossed over to glory on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at home in Wichita, Kansas. She was born in Salem, Nebraska on December 23, 1932, to Carl Eugene Baldwin and Erma Irene Colglazier. She married Robert Lee Mullins upon graduation from high school and they had 52 years together. Most of her life was spent as a homemaker in Wichita, Kansas. She kept busy playing the organ for church and helping to raise grandchildren. She loved fishing and camping, especially if she could take her grandchildren along.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert and her brother, William Baldwin.
She is survived by her children Jerry Mullins (Wife Mary Ann), Linda (Mullins) Shepherd, and Randy Mullins (Wife Nancy). Survived by grandchildren Matthew (Wife Tiffanie), Zachary, Justin (Wife Ashley), Travis (Wife Rachelle) Mullins, Whitney Cunningham (Husband Justin), and David (Wife Letisha) and Joel Epperson.
She was also blessed with surviving great grandchildren Micheal Ford, Conner and Brendan Cunningham, Zoey, Jaxon, Adelle, Alex, Lizzie and Elliott Mullins. Many nieces and nephews called her Aunt Barbara.
Her Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 am, Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Antioch Christian Church, 3741 W. 15th St. N. Wichita, KS. Visitation will begin at 9:30am and the service will follow at 10:00 am. Graveside will be at Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas.
She loved supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital so in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the children’s hospital.
