KINGMAN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities investigating a series of incidents of vandalism in the city of Kingman have made an arrest.
The vandalism included breaking shop windows, other glass items and damaging merchandise, and it occurred early Saturday, according to a social media report from the city.
Cleo's Flower Shop, 229 North Main is one of over a dozen businesses damaged downtown and along U.S. 54, according to a social media statement from the business.
According to online jail records, 37-year-old Carl Sowers was booked into the Kingman County jail just before 6 a.m. on Saturday. Authorities have not indicated what charges he may face.
