Marilyn Kay Kurfiss, née Fields, age 81, passed away peacefully at the Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale, Arkansas, on Sunday, September 10, 2023. She was born on October 14, 1941, in Hutchinson, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Garnett Fields, her step-daughter, Brenda McCurdy, and sister-in-law, Katherine LaVonne Kurfiss-Sampson.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert Kurfiss of Huntsville, AR, and brother Phil (Gale) Fields of Siloam Springs, AR. She is also survived by her daughter Deni (Randal) Richards of Ardmore, OK; son Todd (Julie) Bickel of Overland Park, KS; step-daughter Debbie (Roy) Gerard of Hutchinson, KS; and step-daughter Denise (Mark) Cessna of Hutchinson, KS.
