CREDIT UNION OF AMERICA
WICHITA, Kan. — Credit Union of America (CUA) has promoted Liz Meade to branch manager of its Hutchinson, Kansas, branch. In her new role, Meade will lead the branch team, support its continued growth, and build on CUA’s relationships with members and the Hutchinson community.
Meade brings 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to the position. She has been with Credit Union of America since 2023, most recently serving as assistant branch manager at CUA’s Ridge Road branch in Wichita.

Prior to joining CUA, Meade developed broad experience in financial services. She began her banking career as a financial services representative at a teachers' credit union in Arizona and went on to work in training, appraisals, portfolio management, commercial lending, and executive administrative support. That experience has given her perspective across both the operational and relationship-focused sides of financial services.
Meade has continued to develop her leadership skills throughout her career. In 2025, she completed the Supervisory Program through Wichita State University’s W. Frank Barton School of Business and is currently pursuing additional professional development through the Financial Counseling Certification Program.
Community involvement has also been a consistent part of Meade’s career. She was involved with United Way of the Ouachitas in Arkansas for six years, including three years on its executive board, and served as board president in 2020.
The promotion reflects CUA’s commitment to serving members through strong relationships, honest guidance, and a genuine understanding of their financial needs. Meade’s extensive financial services experience, leadership background, and commitment to community involvement position her to carry that approach forward in Hutchinson.
