4. The “Christmas Codeword” contest is open to all Kansas residents in the KHUT, KWBW or KHMY listening areas who are at least 18 years old, except employees of Eagle Communications and their immediate families.
5. Participating media with Eagle Communications in Hutchinson are: KHMY-FM My 93-1; KHUT-FM Country 102.9; KWBW-AM 1450/KWBW-FM 98.5; and HutchPost.com. HOW TO PLAY: Each weekday, Eagle Media Radio stations will each broadcast a Christmas Codeword at 9 a.m., noon and 3 p.m. Listeners will have 15 minutes to enter the Christmas Codeword in the contest form at HutchPost.com. (A one-time registration that requires a valid email address will be necessary to participate.) A drawing will be held at the end of the day via random computer selection software. The selected winner will receive a $100 gift certificate or gift card from that day’s sponsor. At the conclusion of the Christmas Codeword contest, a random winner will be chosen via computer software from ALL correct Codeword entries to win a $1,000 Gift Card.
6. Only one (1) $100 Gift Card/Gift Certificate winner allowed per household during contest dates listed in rule #2.
7. Duplicate online entries from the same name or email addresses may be discarded at the discretion of HutchPost.com management.
8. All daily $100 Gift Card winners will be contacted by phone or email. Grand Prize winner will be contacted by phone on Dec. 7, 2020. Multiple attempts will be made to contact winners, but if there is no response within SEVEN (7) days, another random winner may be chosen.
9. All winners will be required to pick up their prize in person and show valid Legal ID that matches their entry.
10. All winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
11. No sponsors or their affiliates assume any liability in connection with this giveaway.
12. Eagle Communications reserves the right to disqualify any entry for violation of contest rules. All decisions concerning rules and contest regulations of the “2020 Christmas Codeword Contest” are final and determined by Eagle Communications of Hutchinson. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
