HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of Hutchinson Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at 125 E Avenue B.
On their agenda Tuesday are hearings for a Zoning Variance for the Hilton Garden Inn and a Zoning Variance for 4606 Winesap.
The Board will also discuss Planning Commissioner and BZA terms and candidates.
Also, the City Council and Planning Commission announced that they will hold a joint meeting on the Downtown Master Plan on Tuesday, Dec. 19.
