Coat distribution Saturday and Monday at Salvation Army

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The annual coat distribution for kids and adults at the Salvation Army will be Saturday, November 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Monday, November 7 from 9 a.m. to noon.

For the coat distribution, photo ID is required for adults and children must be present to receive coats. No appointment is necessary for the coat distribution.

In addition, registration for the Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance programs with the Salvation Army in Hutchinson continues.

Registration is open through December 4 online, or you can register in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays between now and November 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

For either registration type for Thanksgiving and Christmas, you will need:

Photo ID, proof of address, proof of income, and SS cards OR medical card printout for all dependent children.
