Gary C. Lecrone, 78, passed away peacefully at his home in South Hutchinson on Thursday, December 25, 2025. He was born on January 20, 1947, in Portland, Oregon, the son of Carl and Marion Lecrone.
Gary was an aircraft mechanic at Eaton / Boeing for 40 years before he retired.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Melissa Lecrone; and three brothers, Melvin, Michael, and Alvin Lecrone.
He is survived by his ex-wives, Deborah McNew and Shirley Kolman; daughters, Wendy Bornfield and Tiffany Blackburn; a son, Chad Kolman; siblings, Larry and Peggy Lecrone; his dogs Ali and Bubba; and numerous grandchildren. He was so loved.
His favorite subject was talking about Petron Plus and he enjoyed working on cars.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Full Gospel Church, 414 E. Ave G, Hutchinson, KS, with Pastor Betty Pinkston residing.
