Wanda L Koehn 84, died Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Wesley Medical Center. She was born August 5, 1938 to Reuben and Della (Nightingale) Koehn. On August 31, 1958 she married Leonard Koehn in Halstead, Kansas and he preceded her in death in September of 1977.
Wanda was a member of the Eden Church of God in Christ, Mennonite in Rural Burns, Kansas. She was a loving wife and mother and also cooked at the nursing home in Florence. She enjoyed traveling and looked forward to her coffee groups. Wanda also loved being a grandma and great grandma and following her families activities.
She is survived by three sons: Rodney (Carloyn) Darrel (Carol) and Lonnie (Brenna) She is also survived by her brother Jim Koehn 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Eden Mennonite Church in Burns with Ministers Darwin Schmidt and Roland Koehn presiding. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday evening at Petersen Funeral Home
Burial will be in the Eden Mennonite Cemetery
Memorials may be made to Moundridge Manor and Left in care of the Funeral Home
