Lacey Mills and Carla Stansfield of the United Way of Reno County stopped by the BW Morning Show on Tuesday to talk about the Hub project that will be at the Hutchinson Public Library on March 18.
The Hub Project is where the community can connect with resources in the community
“We've held a couple of these over the last several months, where we bring in partners in the community surrounding a certain topic, and folks who have a need or an interest in learning more about what's available in regards to that topic can come and kind of do what we think of a one stop shop.” said Stansfield
She continued to say, “You know, instead of going to four or five different nonprofits or making four or five different phone calls, you're able to do all of that in one space, in one moment, and meet some needs.”

Tuesday’s Hub Project will be on home ownership and home repair.
“Tuesdays is home owning, home ownership. So, if you would like to purchase a home in town or in home repairs too.”
Stansfield added, “in Reno County, there's some additional funds available. And then, if you already own a home, there are some programs here in our community that can help you maintain that or repair that home. If there are needs,
The event is on the second floor of the library on Tuesday between 4 and 6 p.m.
