HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The next TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) commodity distribution is Sunday from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

There will be a change in the location of the distribution. Sunday's distribution will now be at the KMS Warehouse at 3401 E. 4th Ave. The former Eaton facility will be the distribution location from now on.

The Emergency Food Assistance Program is for low-income people of all ages. TEFAP commodities are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no need to pre-register. You are not allowed to pick up boxes for anyone other than yourself.

The monthly program hands out about 300 boxes of food each month.
