HAVEN, Kan. — The Haven City Council will go over several budget requests when it meets Monday.
The council will get budget requests from the library board, chief of police, and parks department. The council will also consider hiring Stephanie Pace as the new recreation director.
The council will hear a request from the Haven Chamber regarding a request to hold a biweekly farmers market. The market would be held at the Engweiler Park at the parking lot located at 5th and Salina streets.
Monday's meeting begins at 7 pm. at the Haven city offices.
