Paul “Mike” Michael Allphin- Mike passed away on May 28, 2024 at the Hospice House in Hutchinson, Kansas. He was born on September 7, 1946 at the Pratt City Hospital in Pratt, Kansas to Calvin and Dorine (Faulkner) Allphin. He attended Coats Grade and High Schools and was a part of the 1964 class.

Mike loved everything about horses, being a cowboy and being a good friend. He lived many places, knew many people, and made many, many friends. He enjoyed his family and spending time with the little ones. He had a good heart and a kind soul and was a devoted and loyal friend. If you were in his circle, he had your back. He was creative and talented in working with wood, metal and leather. When he was doing all the cowboy things, he was living his best life. He will be missed by many and by those who knew him best.

He is survived by his wife, Marchelle; Son, Steve (Shannon) Allphin; Daughters, Judy (Lenny) Zimmerman and Tami (Steve) Clark; Son, Paul (Chrissy) Simmons; Step-daughters, Angela (Brett) Reinhart, Renia Becerra, and Amanda Becerra; Sister, Deana (Eddie) Lenkner. He also leaves behind 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of many good friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
