
TOPEKA — Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly reappointed three members of the Kansas State Fair Board to their positions Monday.
Governor Laura Kelly reappointed John Bottenberg to the Kansas State Fair Board along with Harmon Bliss and Nick Ketzner.
The purpose of the Board is to promote and showcase Kansas agriculture, industry and culture; to create opportunity for commercial activity; and to provide an educational and entertaining experience that is the pride of all Kansans.
Bottenberg of Topeka is in an at-large seat. He is a former state representative.
Bliss of Jetmore was reappointed to the seat reserved for a representative from the southwest agriculture extension district.
Ketzner of Bird City was reappointed to the northwest agriculture extension district seat.
