TOPEKA —On Monday, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach asked a Senate legislative committee to pass legislation to protect Kansas kids from AI chatbots.
"We can't wait for Congress. I don’t have any confidence that they will act soon. And who knows how many children will be harmed as we wait."
