
Avian flu continues to spread across poultry farms in the Midwest. Officials confirm the virus has now struck turkey farms in both North Dakota and South Dakota.

So far, more than 55,000 birds have been killed in efforts to contain the outbreak and prevent it from spreading further.
The disease has already been a major concern for both chicken and turkey producers nationwide, with flocks culled quickly to protect the industry and food supply.
