Dennis was a contract oil pumper, following in his dad, grandpa, and uncle's footsteps. Dennis was an avid Oklahoma State Cowboys Fan. He and his family would travel to Stillwater and take in both football and basketball games. He was elated when Bre decided to attend OSU. He even drove an orange Tundra pickup for several years. Dennis was known for his friendly personality and lots of people enjoyed his teasing and wise-cracking demeanor. Over the years as his children played school and summer sports he was the team's biggest fan and cheerleader; and was just beginning to follow his granddaughter, Jemma in her athletic adventures. Dennis had recently taken up gardening. He loved being able to eat and share with others what he was able to grow. Fishing was an activity he also enjoyed with his family and friends. If you knew Dennis you knew he had a love for animals, especially dogs. He saved several animals over the years from their untimely deaths. His Cocker, Molly, rode with him for 15 years until the family had to put her to sleep this past winter and he was really heartbroken. Of all his activities and pastimes, his most cherished were Sunday night dinners surrounded by his entire family. Dennis loved spending time with his family. Even though he may have told people they were his biggest pain they were really the biggest joy of his life.
