Marvetta Church, 72, of Newton, Kansas, died on May 23, 2023.
She was born on June 21, 1950, in Newton, Kansas, the daughter of Marvin and Ruby (Scheffler) Church.
Marvetta enjoyed crafting and keeping up with her sisters.
Marvetta is survived by her sisters, Dianne Hopkins and Sherry Church; and numerous other family and friends.
A graveside service is pending for a later date.
In memory of Marvetta and her love for dogs, memorial contributions may be made to Caring Hands Humane Society in Newton and left in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
