INMAN, Kan. — An elementary principal is leaving her job early.
According to an email to parents Thursday morning, Jo McFadden, principal at Inman Elementary, submitted her resignation at a special Board of Education meeting.
McFadden's resignation is immediate. The counselor at the school, Tracy Goracke will be taking over the building administrator duties for the remainder of the school year.
Superintendent Scott Friesen did not give a reason for the resignation in his email Thursday. According to her LinkedIn page, McFadden had been in Inman since 2015.
