WYANDOTTE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities investigating a deadly shooting have identified the victim as 54-year-old Cesar Tadeo a resident of Kansas City, Kansas.
Just after 4:30p.m. Feb. 19, officers were dispatched to a shooting in the 200 block of S. 11th Street in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a media release.
First responders located Tadeo who had been struck by gunfire. EMS transported him an area hospital for treatment and died three days later, according to a statement from KCK Police.
This incident is under investigation by the KCKPD Major Case Unit.
