Delores D. “Dee” Lowe, 49, died December 14, 2025, at her home in Hutchinson. She was born February 28, 1976, in Hutchinson, to Ruth Ann (Lowe) Striplin.
Dee was currently working on finishing her high school diploma through Hutchinson Community College. She worked as a meat processor for Tyson, South Hutchinson. Dee also worked at a soft served ice cream booth at the Kansas State Fair. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, especially diamond art. Dee liked to garden, spend time with her dogs, and facetime with her grandchildren.
She married David Lee Baxter, together they had their daughter, Anna, and they later divorced. She married Emmett Roger, Jr., they later divorced.
Dee is survived by: her daughter, Anna Baxter-Hudson of Ocala, FL; grandchildren, David Hudson, Mason Knowles, Micheal Hudson, Ashlann, Knowles, and Weston Knowles; two brothers; best friend, Victoria Wolf-Bell and the Bell family; significant other, Leroy Randall, as well as a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by: her mother; son, Tyler Knowles; and ex-husbands, David Baxter and Emmett Roger, Jr..
Cremation has taken place. Celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
