FINNEY COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities investigating an alleged assault have made an arrest.
On March 23, police asked the public for help to locate Carlos Manuel Juarez, 31, in connection with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threat and interference with law enforcement in Garden City, according to Lt. Jason Chase.
On Friday, police reported his arrest. He is being held on requested charges that include Use of a deadly weapon: Domestic battery, Knowing rude physical contact w/ family member or dating relationship: Criminal damage to property, Aggravated assault, Interference with Law Enforcement Officer, obstruct/resist/oppose misdemeanor warrant service or execution:Criminal threat.
